1 Year Debt Recovery Plan

Services included in this plan are as follows:

• Dedicated collection Manager assigned personally to your case this will ensure smooth transition from credit control to debt recovery
• Proactive telephone negotiations and letters in accordance with the law in respect of debt recovery of your monies owed with a current proven success rate of 86%, usually recovered within the first 10 to 21 days
• Also provided is the tracing of up to 3 individuals who have left their former address using a market leading tracing service. (normal charges £30 +vat each check)
• 2 Free Credit checks of new commercial clients and upon request - existing ones too. (normal charges £20 + vat each check)
• Collection of debts up to 6 years old
• Unlimited debt collecting with no minimum amount of debt or debtors for a period of 12 months – outsource the headache of chasing those elusive debtors!)
• Easy and effective method to assist your in house credit control dept with FREE advice to ensure smooth process from you to us
• Visits from our local representatives if necessary although we achieve most of our recoveries pre litigation and this action is usually avoided

In the unlikely event of court action being necessary we have an experienced court liason officer who will prepare court documents for your case for a small fee. We also provide a wide variety of other services however additional fees would also apply.
